Four Eyes Ceramics is a ceramics-focused jewelry line created by Jenny Rush. 

After studying Fine Arts and working in jewelry stores, a web production company—where she was named ‘Chief Morale Officer’—and a photography studio, Rush returned to Cincinnati, where she now creates her statement jewelry line. “I never planned to begin Four Eyes,” she says. “It happened organically when a ceramics hobby became a passion and I realized, other people loved my pieces too!” 

While porcelain may be an unexpected material for jewelry, it means each piece is carefully and lovingly handmade by Rush in her studio. “I love that it’s messy,” she says. “Every part of the process has beauty in it—the coloring of the clay, the rolled out slabs, all the little piles of pieces waiting for the next step—and it forces me to slow down, it's not a quick process. In the end, each piece is like a delicate little sculpture.”
